Teacher's comments

Hi Sean,

You have done some fantastic work on your passion project. Not only have you found out a lot of new knowledge, but you have also learned a whole new set of skills to help you next time. You have remained open to continuous learning, especially with your keynote timeline, and you worked interdependently when you helped others with their keynotes as well.

You have thought hard about your reflections, evaluating the process that you have gone through each time you learned something new. This is great metacognitive skill, and is a habit of mind that will serve you well throughout your life. Keep up the good work next year.

I chose to put animals on the top part of my tile because in a multiple intelligence quiz I am nature smart. On the lower part of my tile I put numbers because math is my favorite subject and I think I am quite good at math.

Tuning In

Tuning is a stage in an inquiry where you list the things you know in some way like a graph or a list I have used a mind map today.

changing angles

In this photo I have put the camera at different angles to change the perspective. These angles are birds eye view (up high looking down), macro (close up), long shot (from far away), rule of thirds (putting the main object to one side of the frame), and mouse view (like looking from a mouses eyes) . This is part of our concept curriculum about change.
